College Career – Bridgewater State College: Member of the BSC softball team from 1996 to
1999 as a 1st & 3rd baseman and pitcher, 4 straight MASCAC titles, Three NCAA Division III
Tournament appearances in 1996, 1998 and 1999, Two Division III World Series appearances
in 1998 and 1999, Named to All-MASCAC Softball Team 1999.
High School Career – Joseph Case High School: Starting Varsity Third Baseman – 3 years,
1999 Division II Massachusetts State Champions, 1999 MVP.
Audrey Poulton: comes in as a 2008 graduate from Wheaton College in Norton. She is
currently an Assistant Coach specializing in pitching at Mount Ida College in Newton. During
her four years at Wheaton she started at numerous positions including pitcher, first base, and
all 3 outfield positions. Also, she is currently tied for second in all time Division III softball
history in saves. She also led the team in hitting her senior year and graduated with an overall
batting average of .374.
Julie Pistorino: A native of Abington, she has been involved in softball as both a player and a
coach for a number of years. Pistorino was two-year team captain at Cardinal Spellman High
School, where she was named as a Catholic Central League MVP and led her team to its first
state championship in 2001.She continued her softball career at Saint Anselm College, where
her strong bat and quick glove led to a four-year starting stint at first base. After leading the
Northeast-10 League in triples her junior year, Pistorino received First Team All-Conference
honors. She was also chosen as Team MVP and received a nomination for top female athlete
at Saint Anselm in 2005. As a senior team captain, she was again chosen as Team MVP and
earned Third Team All-Conference honors. In addition to her experience as a player, Pistorino
has also enjoyed eight years as a coach for the Southeast Team in the Massachusetts Bay
State Games as well as two years as an assistant coach for Curry College.
Mike Mullen: has over 25 years of baseball experience both as a player and a coach.
Growing up in Rehoboth, MA, he played for the Dighton-Rehoboth Falcons where he was a 2
year captain and 2 year All SCC selection. He furthered his baseball career at the University
of Massachusetts Dartmouth. Mike coached at the high school level in both the baseball and
softball programs at Dighton-Rehoboth High School. He also worked as an instructor at the
Bay State Baseball Camp. Mike offers extensive training techniques and skill building activities
for young ball players of all ages and skill levels. He provides instruction in all phases of the
game including hitting, fielding, pitching, and catching.
Michelle Littlefield: softball experience ranging from the youth to international level. Most
recently, she served as the assistant at Dartmouth College. She supported the Head Coach in
all aspects of the program, served as the hitting and infield coach and recruited nationally.
Littlefield assisted the team to the program’s first Ivy League North Division title during the
2009 season.Prior to Dartmouth, Littlefield traveled to Croatia teaching coaching skills needed
to develop national youth programs as well as testing and certifying coaches through the
International Olympic Committee.
Besides coaching at the Division I level, Littlefield has coached and played at the Division III
level. She was the Head Softball Coach of Becker College (Worcester, MA) in 2008. From
2004-2007, Littlefield was the Assistant Coach for Bridgewater State University. Bridgewater
State won three Massachusetts State Athletic Conference season championships and two
NCAA automatic bids. She graduated from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts in 2003 with
a Bachelor’s in Biology and concentration in Athletic Training. During her four years, she was
a three time All MASCAC shortstop, 2003 MASCAC Player of the Year, two time team MVP and
2003 team captain.
In addition to coaching teams, she has an extensive experience working at softball camps and
clinics. Littlefield directed youth clinics in her hometown of Avon, MA. She has been an
instructor at the Bridgewater State camp and the softball academy at Williams College.
Currently a member of the National Fastpitch Coaches Association, Littlefield has served on
the New England All American committee. Littlefield is also a NFCA two star master level

Nicole Hebert: A Taunton native, she has had a successful career as both a player and
coach for the past 10 years. Hebert was a four-year starter for Taunton High school from
2001-2004. During her time at Taunton High, Hebert earned Old Colony League All-Star
awards in 2002, 2003, & 2004 as well as State Championships in 2002 & 2003. After high
school, Hebert continued her successes at Bridgewater State College, where she earned a
starting spot for the next four years. Hebert led her team in doubles in 2005, earned MASCAS
first team honors in 2006, 2007 & 2008, and helped lead the Bears to conference titles in
2005, 2006 &2008. After a successful stint as a player, Hebert continued her softball career as
a coach when she joined the Taunton High School coaching staff in 2009 as well as the
coaching staff of the Southeast Team in the Massachusetts Bay State Games in 2010.








Jim Osenkowski: Is a retired teacher from the Bridgewater-Raynham Regional School
District. He is a certified Physical Education and Health teacher in both Massachusetts and
Rhode Island.. He is also certified as a Kettlebell Strength and Fitness trainer through the
International Kettlebell and Fitness Federation (IKFF), an organization recognized world wide
for its expertise in training with kettlebells.
Jim competed successfully as a natural bodybuilder in the American Natural Bodybuilding
Conference from 1988-1994. He placed in his division in all of the twelve shows he entered
over those years and was named "best poser" in five of them. In 2007 he was introduced to
Kettlebell training and has never looked back. He believes that all individuals can benefit from
this style of training whether you are just trying to keep fit or are an elite athlete.
Jim has recently opened his own training business, Kettlebell 1 Functional Fitness Training,
where he will work with groups at facilities such as Fielder's Choice or at a client's home. This
gives even the busiest person the opportunity to add a fitness routine at their own
convenience.

Heather Sargent: attended and played softball, soccer at Dighton Rehoboth High School,
she then attended and played softball, soccer at Merrimack College, in North Andover MA.
While playing at Merrimack she was a part of three Conference Championships, three NCAA
North East Softball Regional appearances, 2000, 2001 and 2002. In 2000 Merrimack was
NCAA North East Softball Regional Champions and appeared in the NCAA Division II College
Softball World Series.
Heather’s softball instruction and coaching experience is very extensive. Coaching at Dighton
Rehoboth High School as the Freshman coach in 2004, Wheaton College Assistant coach
2004-2006, Taunton High School Junior Varsity coach 2006-2008 and Taunton High School
Varsity Assistant 2009.
Heather Sargent is the Facility Coordinator for Fielders Choice who has an extensive
background in Training and Coaching Athletes. She is a certified NABF trainer who has trained
athletes of all ages and experience levels. ~~Specializing in hitting, defense, and catching as

Justin Risk: A passion for strength and conditioning began in high school when he played
a variety of sports. Through these years of training, health and fitness became pertinent in
his everyday routine. Throughout high school he maintained his status as a ranked junior
national power lifter for his weight class. Ever since then Justin has been intrigued with the
aspect of high intensity weight training, dieting, and overall health and wellness.
Justin has been an AFSA and AFAA certified personal trainer since 2007 and received his
bachelor's degree from Bridgewater State College in Exercise Science. Sports Specific
conditioning is a specialty for Justin, seeing that he has attained much knowledge from the
sports he has and currently is participating in, which include bodybuilding, CrossFit,
semi-pro football, and baseball.
Justin enjoys working with all ages and ability levels as well as taking on different challenges
each time. He has much knowledge in nutritional habits and proper dieting while engaging in
particular sports.

Brad Muldoon: Began his collegiate baseball career at Community College of Rhode
Island (2001-2002) where he was a First Team - All New England selection both years. In
2002 he was also named to the First Team _all Northeast Team, and finished 3rd nationally
in stolen bases and 3rd in batting average in New England. He continued his collegiate
career, playing at Central Connecticut State University from 2003-2004. In '03 at CCSU he
finished 6th on the team with a .324 batting average, and 2nd on the team and in the NEC
with 66 hits. He also led the team and ranked 3rd in the NEC with 14 doubles and 16 stolen
bases. Of 50 games played during his tenor at CCSU, Brad started in 49 of them and scored
45 runs (2nd on the team, 3rd in the NEC). In '04 Brad had a .325 batting average (5th on
the team), stole 24 of 27 bases, scored 38 runs, and had 34 RBIs, helping CCSU make the
NCAA tournament for the 3rd straight year. Muldoon's teams won 4 League titles (2 at CCRI,
and 2 at CCSU). He also appeared in 2 NCAA tournaments with CCSU.
After college Brad worked at the Connecticut Baseball Academy as an Instructor and a
Facilities Manager. He has also coached 4 years with Team Connecticut Baseball. From
2009-2011 Brad worked under former Major Leaguer Goose Gozzo at Goose's Major
League Instruction as an instructor of private lessons, and a coach of the Goose's Gamers
Baseball Team. He has also been a scout for Perfect Game USA. Brad has coached or
instructed over 50 Division 1 players, and more than 10 Pro Ball Players in his career.

Daryl Jeannetti: Daryl is a 2007 Graduate of Foxboro High School, where he played
baseball all four years. In 2011 he graduated from Franklin Pierce University, where he
played for a year and coached for his final three seasons. During his time coaching at
Franklin Pierce several players were taken in the MLB Draft and eight remain active. He was
the Diamond League coach for Foxboro during the summer of 2011 and have experience in
virtually all
positions on the field including pitching.
Specialty: Hitting Defense Pitching

Holly McCarthy: Holly was a 4 year starter and team captain her senior year at Bryant
University. Holly was a catcher and infielder for the bulldogs. During her time at Bryant she
helped the Bulldogs capture 2 NE-10 conference championships and appeared in 3 NE-10
regional championships. Holly graduated with a degree in Communication and Psychology.
Holly returned to Bryant as an assistant coach after graduating, where she helped the team
appear in their fifth straight NE-10 regional championships and coached the NE-10 player of
the year as well as several other conference all-stars. Holly was also the head coach of
the Jr. Olympic team, Norfolk Renegades, for 3 seasons.

Jen Lundstrom: Current sophomore at Curry College in Milton MA, led in the team in
ERA as a freshman. High school: Three year varisity pitcher at Dighton - Rehoboth Regional
high school. Two time Boston Globe all scholastic. School Record for most wins in a season.
Two time team MVP selected by coach David Driscoll. Coached by former UCONN pitching
couch, Peter Looney for 6 years.




Abel Poirier: Abel has worked in the fitness industry for more than 15 years. First as a
fitness instructor in the U.S. Navy, and later as a Cross Country and Track and Field coach
at the high school and NCAA Division II level. In his three years as Head Coach at Coyle
Cassidy High School, his athletes broke 63 school records. He coached numerous
All-Conference, All-State, and All-New England Athletes including two All-Americans. While
at the NCAA level, Abel coached in 3 National Championships. In 2011 he became involved
with Raynham Youth Lacrosse being named the first U9 Coordinator/ Head Coach in the
history of the league. Abel has twice completed the Ironman Florida Triathlon. His
certifications include: Certified Coach with the Massbay Youth Lacrosse League, Level I
Certified Coach with US Lacrosse, Level I Certified Coach With USA Track and Field,
Level II Certified Coach with USA Track and Field. (Sprints, Hurdles, Relays), Certified
Conditioning Specialist with the National Strength Professionals Association, A ten year
member of the National Youth Sports Coaches Association.
