Julie Pistorino: A native of Abington, she has been involved in softball as both a player and a
coach for a number of years. Pistorino was two-year team captain at Cardinal Spellman High
School, where she was named as a Catholic Central League MVP and led her team to its first
state championship in 2001.She continued her softball career at Saint Anselm College, where
her strong bat and quick glove led to a four-year starting stint at first base. After leading the
Northeast-10 League in triples her junior year, Pistorino received First Team All-Conference
honors. She was also chosen as Team MVP and received a nomination for top female athlete
at Saint Anselm in 2005. As a senior team captain, she was again chosen as Team MVP and
earned Third Team All-Conference honors. In addition to her experience as a player, Pistorino
has also enjoyed eight years as a coach for the Southeast Team in the Massachusetts Bay
State Games as well as two years as an assistant coach for Curry College.

Michelle Littlefield: softball experience ranging from the youth to international level. Most
recently, she served as the assistant at Dartmouth College. She supported the Head Coach in
all aspects of the program, served as the hitting and infield coach and recruited nationally.
Littlefield assisted the team to the program’s first Ivy League North Division title during the
2009 season.Prior to Dartmouth, Littlefield traveled to Croatia teaching coaching skills needed
to develop national youth programs as well as testing and certifying coaches through the
International Olympic Committee.
Besides coaching at the Division I level, Littlefield has coached and played at the Division III
level. She was the Head Softball Coach of Becker College (Worcester, MA) in 2008. From
2004-2007, Littlefield was the Assistant Coach for Bridgewater State University. Bridgewater
State won three Massachusetts State Athletic Conference season championships and two
NCAA automatic bids. She graduated from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts in 2003 with
a Bachelor’s in Biology and concentration in Athletic Training. During her four years, she was
a three time All MASCAC shortstop, 2003 MASCAC Player of the Year, two time team MVP and
2003 team captain.
In addition to coaching teams, she has an extensive experience working at softball camps and
clinics. Littlefield directed youth clinics in her hometown of Avon, MA. She has been an
instructor at the Bridgewater State camp and the softball academy at Williams College.
Currently a member of the National Fastpitch Coaches Association, Littlefield has served on
the New England All American committee. Littlefield is also a NFCA two star master level

Nicole Hebert: A Taunton native, she has had a successful career as both a player and
coach for the past 10 years. Hebert was a four-year starter for Taunton High school from
2001-2004. During her time at Taunton High, Hebert earned Old Colony League All-Star
awards in 2002, 2003, & 2004 as well as State Championships in 2002 & 2003. After high
school, Hebert continued her successes at Bridgewater State College, where she earned a
starting spot for the next four years. Hebert led her team in doubles in 2005, earned MASCAS
first team honors in 2006, 2007 & 2008, and helped lead the Bears to conference titles in
2005, 2006 &2008. After a successful stint as a player, Hebert continued her softball career as
a coach when she joined the Taunton High School coaching staff in 2009 as well as the
coaching staff of the Southeast Team in the Massachusetts Bay State Games in 2010.



Heather Sargent: attended and played softball, soccer at Dighton Rehoboth High School,
she then attended and played softball, soccer at Merrimack College, in North Andover MA.
While playing at Merrimack she was a part of three Conference Championships, three NCAA
North East Softball Regional appearances, 2000, 2001 and 2002. In 2000 Merrimack was
NCAA North East Softball Regional Champions and appeared in the NCAA Division II College
Softball World Series.
Heather’s softball instruction and coaching experience is very extensive. Coaching at Dighton
Rehoboth High School as the Freshman coach in 2004, Wheaton College Assistant coach
2004-2006, Taunton High School Junior Varsity coach 2006-2008 and Taunton High School
Varsity Assistant 2009.
Heather Sargent is the Facility Coordinator for Fielders Choice who has an extensive
background in Training and Coaching Athletes. She is a certified NABF trainer who has trained
athletes of all ages and experience levels. ~~Specializing in hitting, defense, and catching as
well as strength andconditioning~~

Holly McCarthy: Holly was a 4 year starter and team captain her senior year at Bryant
University. Holly was a catcher and infielder for the bulldogs. During her time at Bryant she
helped the Bulldogs capture 2 NE-10 conference championships and appeared in 3 NE-10
regional championships. Holly graduated with a degree in Communication and Psychology.
Holly returned to Bryant as an assistant coach after graduating, where she helped the team
appear in their fifth straight NE-10 regional championships and coached the NE-10 player of
the year as well as several other conference all-stars. Holly was also the head coach of
the Jr. Olympic team, Norfolk Renegades, for 3 seasons.
