Rape Aggression Defense Systems (r.a.d.)
Our training programs emphasize sports-specific movements while also developing greater levels of
speed, agility, power and strength. During a FCS Training session athletes will be challenged in all
different areas using weights, medicine balls, sand bags, ropes and reactive bands, just to name some
of the top of the line strength and conditioning equipment we have at our facility. The focus for sport
specific team training is game confidence, play anticipation, game reaction time, proper movement to
prevent injury, strength, power, balance and flexibility. Certified CSCS, NSCA, NABF Trainers will both
challenge and encourage athletes to maximize their potential. All our training sessions are held in our
full-turf field house. Boasting brand new Tiger Turf, top of the line baseball and softball pitching
machines, and the best lighting around. We have 5 tunnels for hitting and they transform into the
ultimate training area by simply pushing desired netting aside to open up the full field. We guarantee
athletes will see results and feel the difference in the upcoming season.
Training at Fielders Choice Sports
Training Sessions Offered
Kettlebell: Mon 6:30-7:30pm (Adults)      
A unique exercise regimen that addresses many aspects of fitness simultaneously. Using Kettlebells can increase
muscular strength and endurance, improve flexibility, promote core stability, improve balance and increase aerobic
capacity. During the session, athletes will experience the benefits of weight training combined with movements involving
the legs, core, and upper body, creating a true total body workout.
Strength and Conditioning: Mon/Wed 5:30-6:30pm; Thurs 4:30-5:30pm, 7-8pm (Adults, High School, College)        
An all-inclusive exercise experience. Our Strength and Conditioning sessions consist of one hour of sports-specific
movements. Sessions begin with functional, non-static stretching movements to focus on safety and flexibility.  Trainers
will incorporate weights, medicine balls, ropes, and other tools to maximize strength and aerobic benefits.  FCS Strength
and Conditioning training is a highly effective exercise regimen in a fun and motivating atmosphere.
"Lil" Athletes: TBA (Children 1st-5th grades) (six sessions long)       
In the FCS "Lil" Athletes training sessions, children are given the chance to participate in sport-centralized activities.
Children receive instruction as they "play" with various exercise tools, such as agility ladders and obstacle courses.
Running and playing athletic games with our certified trainers will help youngsters improve physical fitness,
coordination, speed, agility, confidence, and teamwork skills. These sessions are a great way to get your 'Lil athletes'
moving around and having fun in a safe and exciting way!
Dietary Consultations: By appointment only (all ages)      
Dietary consultations are available with Certified Dietitian, Tyler Aiken, current Director of CATZ Sports Performance
Center in Hingham, Ma. He is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).Tyler Aiken can meet with
teams and individuals to discuss the importance of diet and nutrition to athletes who take competing seriously. He
specializes in weight management and sports nutrition and has worked with athletes of all ages and experience levels.
R.A.D. Rape Aggression Defense System: 4-week courses (Women only)
The Rape Aggression Defense System is a program of realistic, self-defense tactics and techniques. The RAD system
is a comprehensive course for women that begins with awareness, prevention, risk reduction/avoidance, while
progressing on to the basics of hands-on defense training. RAD is NOT a martial arts program. Our courses are taught
by certified RAD instructors and are dedicated to teaching women defensive concepts and techniques against various
types of assault. RAD teaches women to take an active role in their own self-defense and psychological well-being.

Off site Instruction: By appointment only (Team Sports)
Fielders Choice Sports travels to your field or gym to work with your team. Our staff will focus on anything which your
coaching staff feels needs specific attention amongst your team. If the coaching staff does not have anything specific we
will conduct an entire practice
. Our certified trainers will use the same types of tools and techniques which we practice
everyday in our on site training sessions, but in addition, will adapt to your team experience level and goals to enhance
game-intensive skills and exercises, and overall team fitness.

HIIT: Class schedule to be announced       
High Intensity Interval Training is a unique type of training all about using speed during a given exercise in a given circuit,
while maintaining adequate form. HIIT workouts can burn up to 9 times more fat than basic cardio workouts. HIIT
workouts aim to improve overall performance as well as accelerating endurance and cardiovascular levels, while always
working towards overall body strength.  HIIT classes will keep you in non-stop motion throughout the majority of the
class, but the key is to create your own pace without stopping the workout of the day. This keeps your heart rate raised,
helping you burn more calories and lose more weight, as well as gaining lean muscle mass, and improving
cardiovascular and endurance peaks.
