Shipping and Tax Rates

Fielders Choice Sports now offers Free Standard Ground Shipping on all items (excluding Pitching Machines and Field/Practice Screens).
Free Shipping does NOT apply to any expedited shipping methods.
Expedited Shipping Rates for all products (excluding Pitching Machines) are calculated by FedEx, and are determined by exact weight.
Shipping Rates for Pitching Machines are pre-determined based on model and are as follows:

Jugs Curveball Pitching Machine: $150
Jugs Combo Pitching Machine: $150
Jugs Jr. Pitching Machine: $70

Orders will be shipped to the address designated by the purchaser. All purchases from the Site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of
loss and title for items purchased from the Site pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for
damaged and/or lost shipments.
Tax will be applied to all applicable orders based on federal and state regulations. For further details on your tax liability please contact your local, state, or
federal government agencies.

Returns

No returns or exchanges after 30 days of receipt date.
Receipt must be present. No Exceptions.
No returns or exchanges without original tags or packages attached
Clothing that has been worn or washed is NOT returnable.
All Sale, Clearance, and Sunglasses sales are FINAL
Bats without original wrapper in place are NOT returnable.
Under no circumstances are returns or exchanges on warranty replacement bats accepted.
Web sales returns will require return authorization prior to return shipping.
